This is a page for all songs that relate to Digital Haunt but do not have one official title. Pieces should be removed from this list if/when they are given one.

Countdown Videos

During the days between when certain preorder packages of then-unknown Modern Synthesis was pulled and Watchmaker was released as a single, 5 videos were posted daily on the band's various media outlets (TwitterFacebookInstagramTumblr) where each contained one number, counting down. The videos contained visual distortion of some images before the number became clear, and each video seemed to contain a different section of one instrumental song.

It is likely that this song is to be included in Modern Synthesis. Due to tonal and structural similarities to Override [B], a probable candidate for this song is Override [C].

Here is a link to the pieces arranged together in chronological order. From this, it is apparent that there are still missing segments to the song.

Vlog Song

In Sparkles*'s 9th vlog, "Left-Handed Drunk Bowling", he performed a short piano piece for Monday's section (here is a link to the exact time). After performing it, the video cuts to the same song within a composition software, where a copy of the melody track played with synths was layered over the piano.

As it sounds very similar to sections of Prologue III, Shifter104 theorized it could be a part of a new Prologue section, however, Sparkles* himself revealed it was not. Another likely candidate is one of the unreleased THE SOLUTION: PHASE THREE songs.

Pre-Order Announcement Songs

In Area 11's youtube video where they announced then-unnamed Modern Synthesis, at most three new songs were played in the background that have not been identified. One, at 0:50, which features backing angelic-sounding vocals surrounding a leading guitar section, another at 1:16 which has both calm chiptune and heavy guitar, and the last at 1:36 that sounds similar to the first except more uplifting.

Only the last segment contains lyrics, heard for a few seconds at the very end of the video. One interpretation of the lyrics is "When I run outta time/let it go"

It is very likely that all of the songs featured will be included in Modern Synthesis.
